At the meeting, General Xu introduced to the leaders of the Development and Reform Bureau of Wuhan Donghu New Technology Development Zone the development scale, business situation, patent application, and other aspects of Zhongke Optics Semiconductor. Focused on reporting the achievements of Zhongke Optoelectronics in technological innovation: Shenzhen Zhongke Optoelectronics is a national high-tech enterprise that has applied for 46 core patents, of which 15 invention patents have been authorized; Zhongke Optics Semiconductor has met the standard requirements of being a specialized, refined, and innovative small giant. At present, the industrialization of optical chips in China is still in its early stages, and there are not many domestic enterprises that can produce optical chips. Most of them can only produce low-end optical chips in large quantities, and only a few manufacturers can produce mid-range optical chips. However, their production capacity is limited, and their market share is less than 1%. According to the Global Layout of Optical Chips and China's Position, optical chips with speeds of 25Gb/s and above are highly dependent on imports, with a localization rate of only 3%. Shenzhen Zhongke Optoelectronics Seizes the opportunity of the current integration of timing, location, and human resources in the development of semiconductor optoelectronic chips. Relying on the core team's more than 20 years of technical accumulation overseas, it is committed to the research and industrialization of high-end optoelectronic chips, especially the VCSEL high-end chips have completed mass production.
